SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

* Turnaround time is currently 10-20 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends.

*All RTS item sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

*All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our end. In the case there is an error and you do need to send back, you will not be refunded until I receive the package back. You have 20 days max from time of received to get back to me, or exchanges and refunds will not accepted. 

*Please read all descriptions within the listings carefully before purchasing.

*If for some reason there is an issue with your order, items must be returned in original, unworn and unwashed condition.

WASHING/CARE

*To care for your garments wash cold, and hang dry on all items. 

*SEZZLE AND SHOP PAY- Now available. Minimum requirement to use it is $35.

*I just got my order and I do not like it, I would like a refund.

- Unfortunately we do not have a refund policy for this. We do not do cash or credit card refunds. 

*I ordered holiday merchandise and I do not need them anymore can I return them?

- Holiday items are a final sale, we can swap them for different sizes but cannot be returned for a store credit. 

 * I placed an order but now I would like to cancel, How can I do that?

- We do not cancel orders.
